What is it?
The color comes in a small tube that you can apply to your face, either with your finger or with a brush. This gives you a stripe, colored run or whatever you want in the color you have chosen.
The face paint is also UV-Reactive, which means it gets a nice glow in sunlight and lights up under UV lamps/Blacklite!
Warning! - should not be used on or around the eyes. This is not eye shadow.
