A wooden spiral stretch, for those who want natural and organic jewelry.

This stretch is the classic stretch jewelry, but you can also choose to stretch your ear with tapers / spears or claws. There is no practical difference, other than what you think looks best.

Stretching is something that requires patience, and we recommend stretching as follows:

1mm (normal hole in the ear) -> 2mm
2mm -> 3mm
3mm -> 4mm
4mm -> 5mm (some may skip 5mm)
5mm -> 6mm
And 2mm at a time from here.

Stretch your ear slowly (over a week per size) to get the best possible result! We usually say that an ear can shrink back to a normal hole if you stay under 6mm. However, this is not a promise as there are many things to consider.
