Payment
You can choose between 2 different payment methods:
1. Dankort, Mastercard & Visa Electron
To avoid theft and other security risks, card payments are made via a 3rd party gateway.
This means that you can pay safely and easily by card without us ever getting our hands on your information.
This is the safest and easiest way to pay.
We do not charge card fees.
2. Mobile Pay.
Payment has never been easier (and safer). We of course accept Mobile Pay. This is very simple to choose after you place your order.
The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We will deduct the amount when we ship the item, or 2) the money will be released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Shipping

We ship all our items with GLS . You can choose between 3 different shipping methods:
- To parcel box/Post office

Directly to your door with Track and Trace
- For business
There is free shipping to a parcel box/post office if you buy more than 499 kr.
We ship to Denmark, as well as most countries in Europe. We also ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT according to the country's regulations.
Normally you will receive the goods within 1-3 days (abroad 3-6 days) after we have registered your order. If you are not at home, the package can be picked up at the post office.
Exchange
If you exchange for a different color or size, you only pay the return shipping. For other types of exchanges, shipping and handling fees will apply as for a new order.
Right of withdrawal
In November and December we have extended the return policy, so that all orders purchased in November and December can be returned up until January 14th! - So you can buy your Christmas gift with confidence!
The rest of the year, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to Info@Fatima.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact (insert email address of relevant person/entity in the webshop). If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at an e-labeled webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-label for free - regardless of the amount. Read more here.
