Right of withdrawal.
In November and December, we have extended the right of return, so all orders purchased in November and December can be returned until January 14th! - So you can confidently buy your Christmas gift!
For the rest of the year, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to Info@Fatima.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
Partial cancellation of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not be refunded shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipment, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery
Condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way that was not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, you can only get a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item's value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
