Freight
We ship all our items with GLS. You can choose between 2 different shipping methods:
- To parcel box/Post office
- Directly to your door with Track and Trace
There is free shipping to a parcel box/post office if you buy more than 499kr.
We ship to Denmark, as well as most countries in Europe. We also ship to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT according to the country's regulations.
Normally you will receive the goods within 1-3 days (abroad 3-6 days) after we have registered your order. If you are not at home, the package can be picked up at the post office.
Exchange/complaint/return
If you exchange for a different color or size, you only pay the return shipping. For other types of exchanges, shipping and handling fees will apply as for a new order.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
To exchange an item, you send it back to us with your name, address, order number and account number (if you want the money back) as well as a brief description of why you are returning it and what you want us to do.Returned goods must be sent to our address (this can be seen at the bottom of the website)
We of course provide a 2-year warranty period, in accordance with Danish consumer law.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
