A silver treatment is super easy. You actually don't need anything other than your silver shampoo. The trick is to apply the shampoo to dry hair and leave it on for half an hour, depending on your needs. When you wash your hair with silver shampoo normally, the water will act as a barrier between the hair strands and the silver shampoo. By putting the silver shampoo on dry hair, you allow the shampoo to penetrate completely into each individual hair strand. This way, the yellow tones in the hair are neutralized more effectively, and you will be left with the most beautiful grayish color when the silver shampoo is washed out. However, be aware that your hair may get purple and blue tones if you leave the silver shampoo on for too long.
