"Does Fatima have a physical store?"
Fatima no longer has a physical store, we are exclusively a webshop.
We plan to go to a lot of trade shows and cons, and meet our amazing customers where they are at their best!
"How much does it cost to have my items shipped?"
We ship all our items with GLS. You can choose between 2 different shipping methods:
- To parcel box/Post office
- Directly to your door with Track and Trace
There is free shipping to a parcel box/post office if you buy more than 499 kr.
"I have purchased for more than 499kr. But the system does not give me free shipping."
Please check that you have not changed the delivery country. We only have free shipping in Denmark.
We also only offer free shipping to parcel boxes/post offices. Unfortunately, delivery to the door is not free.
"I have ordered something, but I would like to change my order (a different size, color, model)"
It's no problem if you haven't received an email saying your order has been shipped. Just write to Info@fatima.dk and tell us what needs to be changed.
"I have ordered something, but I would like to add something to my order"
No problem if you haven't received an email that your order has been shipped. Just place another order for what you want to have shipped. We will then adjust the shipping cost when we ship your order so that you don't pay more to have your items shipped than it actually costs. REMEMBER to write to Info@fatima.dk that you have placed multiple orders so that we don't overlook it :)
"I received something that is too big/small/needs to be exchanged for another model"

"I have received an item that is incorrect compared to what I ordered"
OH NO! - We're sorry! - Unfortunately, we're only human and therefore make mistakes! - write to us at info@fatima.dk and we'll figure it out!
"I received a defective item!"
Oh, how unlucky you are! - we're sorry about that! :(
Write to us at Info@fatima.dk and we will find out together how to solve it. Please take a picture of the error! You should not send the defective item back before writing to us. We would like to see what the problem is first :)
"I order from a country outside the EU, do I have to pay Danish VAT?"
No, as soon as you choose your delivery address to be outside the EU, our system will deduct the Danish VAT. However, you may still risk your order being processed by customs in the country we ship it to. This is not money we charge, and we have no influence on this.
