We're just a small, sweet shop that wants to sell some hair dyes and studs, and suddenly we have to be GDPR compliant and what have you! - Seriously, come on.
Below, we have described all the usual nonsense that ALL other sites also write. If you know us, you know that we neither have clauses where you sell us your firstborn, nor special sub-sections that deprive you of the right to own cattle. You are welcome to read on, but I promise you, it's boring, standardized drivel!

Personal Data and Anonymity:
To make Fatima.dk function optimally, we automatically collect some information from you. This happens via Cookies. Cookies are used, among other things, to:
- save your shopping cart for later, if you need a snack or have a power outage.
- generate statistics, so we can easily see how many customers we get when we run great offers, and how many we lose when we do karaoke.
"But Fatima, do you just know everything about me?! - and are you planning to steal my identity?"
Listen, we can barely manage to get up in the morning, we have no idea what we would even use your identity for!
All cookies are anonymized; we therefore cannot see that it comes from you, but rather that there has been a user who did such and such. You are therefore anonymous on our site.
What personal data do we collect:
When you place an order on our site, there are some things we need to process your order:
Your name and address:
We obviously need this to send your order.
Your E-mail address:
This is only used to send an invoice and to contact you if we encounter any problems with your order. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will also receive news by email. You can unsubscribe from this at any time.
Your phone number:
We only use your phone number if we need to contact you regarding questions or problems with your order. You can also choose to have your package sent with track and trace, where you will receive information about your package by SMS.
Your Payment Information:
Since this information is extremely sensitive, we never handle it directly. Instead, we collaborate with Epay, one of Denmark's leading payment processing companies. We do not compromise here, as your security is what counts!
Personal data is registered with Fatima.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
What we share with others:

- By us, to pack your order
- By Shipmondo, to create shipping labels, so your order arrives at your home
- By Epay, for secure administration of your payment information
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

Create an account or Guest purchase:
For you and for us, it makes no difference whether you buy as a guest or choose to create an account for future use. As a guest, you can easily make a single purchase and move on with your day. If you choose to create an account as a customer, you only need to choose a password for next time. The next time you want to shop with us, you won't have to enter all your information again.
