The heart is clamped between the two ends of the ring, and must therefore be twisted free to get the jewelry in the nose. The heart can also be turned half a turn, so the jewelry can also be used for the lip or ear.
The jewelry is available in 2 sizes:
1.6mm thickness, which is perfect for the breast piercing, and for those with thick septum jewelry. The jewelry is also 12mm in inner diameter, making it one of our largest septum jewelry.
1.2mm thickness, which is perfect for septum jewelry pierced in 1.2mm size. If you are in doubt about what size you have, you can ask your piercer. However, the vast majority are pierced with 1.2mm.
