What is UV Light?

Ultraviolet light is electromagnetic radiation that has a shorter wavelength than visible light and a longer wavelength than X-rays. Ultraviolet light covers the wavelength range 10nm to 380nm.

And what does that mean?

Beautiful colors that glow in the dark!

UV is used in everyday life in the form of paint, which in itself is neither exciting nor particularly beautiful. However, if you put the paint under a UV lamp, the paint visibly glows in the dark. This is popular both at raves and in the concert environment as it creates some visual effects that cannot be created in other ways.

Glow sticks, also called glow sticks, are a 15 cm long and 2 cm thick tube containing two different chemicals, separated by a thin layer of glass. When the light is broken, the glass between the two chemicals breaks, which then mix and form a fluorescent (self-luminous) liquid, after which you can dance and swing the light around in the dark!
