How do you use essential oils?
Essential oils should never be used undiluted or ingested . For oil burners we recommend using just a few drops diluted in water, this will give a pleasant scent to the room, and you can easily adjust with a few more drops if you want a more intense scent.
For massage and body, you only need to use 1:100 (i.e. 1-2%). You can mix essential oils in other massage oils (or coconut oil) and thereby get a delicious and fresh scent.
